Which questions should we have answers for to help your business?

Currently, SMEs are connecting regularly with business partners (69%). 40-45% connect with industry associations (45%), advisors (42%), and other SMEs (40%). There are however differences per country – the UK is highest in terms of industry associations (64% vs. 45% average) and advisors (52% vs. 42% average), Germany and Poland are highest when connecting to other SMEs (16%pp and 12%pp higher respectively than the average).

Based on our customer research, we identified ten areas to explore for your business: growth & commercial, customer experience, product innovation, cost, digitization & technology, and operations & capabilities.

Which topics would you like to explore for your business?

For the next 12 months and 2-5 years, the top 3 priorities were growth opportunities, customer experience, and product and service innovation.  Growth opportunities have been ranked first by 28% of respondents for the next 12 and 25% for the next 2-5 years. well ahead of second and third – customer experience and innovation were rated first by 14% and 13% for the next 2-5 years.
